Hi,

I have created a repository in Windows 7 OS machine.
I am getting "connection refused error" when I try to access repository.
Please provide me the instructions how to give access to repository for
particular user in windows machine using CVS commands.
Please help me on this.

Thanks,

Hi Shiva,

I don't think CVS 1.x 'server' runs on windows.

The CVS web page clearly says the server runs in linux and the client on
windows:

You can run CVSNT server on Windows: use CVS Suite/CVSNT.
