`cvs2cl --help` should give you help with the options of your version of cvs2cl.

IIRC is included in WinCVS)

[2] it _may_ not show branch tags (created with `cvs tag -b`), but I am not sure.


You may also want to ask on the CVSNT mailing list, because there folks there
who are more familiar with what is available in the windows toolbox.
