Hello,

I unknowingly bumped a revision of file from 7.46 to 8.00.
I use cvs special characters to get the revision no. in C source code.
I need to down the revision to 7.47, how can I do it?
If not a regular user, can cvs administrator do it?

Thanks,
Santosh

Why should it matter? The internal CVS revision is not really intended
to be used outside of CVS for any real purpose... Are you running into
some kind of a bug with CVS using 8.00 ?

Yes, it is possible, but it will be a manual operation of the
administrator on the ,v file itself.
