How to retrieve list of distinct tag for folder?

I need to retrieve distinct tags for all files in given folder via command?

I'm using WinCVS client application.

Does exist some way how to do it?

BTW: WinCVS is a GUI not a client (look in the WinCVS folder and you
will see cvs.exe - which will be either cvsnt or cvs - this is the
'client').
